All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped*, and if necessary are de-wormed and de-flead, prior to adoption. And in any case in which the dog faces serious illness, we have them fully treated at our own expense. Because they’re worth it.
*A microchip isn’t a GPS chip. But microchipping makes it possible for anyone who finds a stray or lost dog to take the animal to a vet where the chip is “scanned” in order to locate the owner’s address and contact information.
